Booking
Bookings can be made via most debit/credit cards or BACS.
Payments by card: simply use the shopping cart. A 3.5% booking fee is automatically added to the price. All payments are subject to availability and successful processing of the transaction. We endeavour to respond to your booking request within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). NB Certain packages require that you check availability with us first and will subsequently not feature a ‘book now’ feature.
Payments by bank transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer, simply select the 'pay by bank transfer' option in the basket for the necessary details. Or, contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with the necessary details and a specific reference.
Some packages allow deposits to be paid initially. We appreciate that deposit are based on estimated numbers (terms and conditions may apply). Balance payments will be based on your final numbers and are due no later than 1-2 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated. At which point, your tickets/e-ticket will be dispatched.
Provisional bookings: should you know you want to book but need a little time to firm up your numbers, arrange the deposit? Fine - simply contact us and we’ll happily hold the places for you; availability permitting.
